I don’t think I’ve ever read a book written in second person but it’s actually kinda beautiful

- plunging into water metaphor throughout the chapters as a way to symbolise each moment before intimacy is truly beautiful as it immerses you in the complexity of the emotions being felt by the characters and is a perfect depiction of certainty of action yet lack of control
