I AM going to finish this for two reasons: it will count towards my 2022 Challenge and the 'TBC' group 2022 Challenge.

I'll consider it a Lenten fast from good punctuation and grammar and from credible, well researched plots.

I do wonder how many more times I will have to endure the author finishing a sentence with a preposition? It's not on! 😜

I'm currently weighing up the sunk costs of being more than a third of the way through against the fact that this is pretty bad both in prose and punctuation and I keep cringing inwardly. It's a shame because there's the potential for a good plot but, on this rare occasion, I could definitely do better.
