Lexie is a book that I won from the author but took me several weeks to start..now I am wondering why. I'm at the 1/2 way point and jonesing for book 2 and beyond (if there are any)! Anyway, I don't usually consider myself good at writing reviews as I just know if I like/love a book or not. I never want to give spoilers. Verdict so far is I'm really loving this and would recommend my friends to read.

God, in tears right now! ....She squeezed harder, but Roxie already had her in a death grip. “Where were you?” she asked. Lexie stroked her hair. “I’m here now.” “I missed you.” “You knew I was out there?” Roxie shook her head and clenched her fist to her chest. “Here. I missed you here.”.... That scene with Lex/Rox meeting for the first time has my emotions all over the place...bravo, Ms. Dean!
