We made the caramel apple pie for Thanksgiving & it was a good apple pie, no caramel though. Next time would increase the amount of saucy apple filling. Great gluten free pie crust, no one could tell.

The best gluten free baking book I’ve ever used. Everything is backed up by the science of gf baking and she includes that in the book. It’s very precise and a little technique heavy sometimes. But each recipe I’ve tried has not disappointed so it’s worth it!
