Status Updates From The Husbands

I'll admit I'm not normally an audio book gal unless it's an autobiography. The "voices" in this one, are killing me! None of the characters are likeable. There are two distinct stories--Nora's husband is helpless and Richard is dead. We've made no progress on how Richard died, and Nora is a shrew. Perhaps if I read it, instead of listening, it would be better. So far, this is 2 stars at best.

These men are very strange, it’s one thing to be an equal partner and wholeeeee other thing to be…. Obsessive?? I don’t know if that’s the right word though.

Have you ever started listening to a book and become so absorbed that you rearrange your plans for the day so that you can keep listening? Completely absorbed in this one!
