Status Updates From Murder Underground

We've been at risk.
A couple of times I nearly ditched it.
There has been a heck of a lot of the victim's extended family blundering about.
But I think I spotted the whodunnit hint about 50 pages ago, so I've persisted.
And it's picking up again now.

On the plus side, the victim is called Euphemia Pongleton.
On the minus ... it's going to be a very, very silly plot.
I can tell.
I just hope it stays safely in 'good silly'.
