DNF. I can't. This is a good book but it's just not my style. Too much intrigue, supposition, and not enough story. Too slow... I... just can't . I don't look forward to reading it... I'm out

Good lord so much politics and intrigue centered around getting votes for a science project. What is this? I hope there's a shift from this poly-sci-fi story. I feel like I'm studying a textbook

About halfway through the book the only interesting thing happens. Off-screen, of course.

Only 2.5 books left? Not a good sign.

Going to read this and see if I want to continue the series. I've been burned too many times on "classic" sci-fi recently.
