Okay, as much as I love the idea that Hermione is undercover trying to get the inside scope of the inner circle of Draco and these illegal claims the police think he's doing. "We" haven't seen Hermione or Penny doing any of these investigations. I am to assume because it was briefly mentioned that she's keeping logs hidden in a library that there is some information that she's keeping but you don't see it.
