Status Updates From Christie's Journey: The Bea...

The writing is throwing me off. The tenses keep switching, and the story wishes it was a clever biography (even Dewey the cat was better). The dialogue is really stilted for some reason, and the writing comes across as “factual” but doesn’t even flow like a normal “dry” biography. Somehow the sentences are very normal and plain but they don’t flow together at all??

Story is supposed to be good though..
