Status Updates From Why I Was Late

the ukulele in the audiobook is… something

this has got to be one of my fav audiobooks ever

the guitar/ukulele during some parts are 👌👌 it like im at an open mic instead of on my couch

i love how the audio bools is like a stream on consciousness, kind of like hearing someone read out loud their diary

….well this is certainly…interesting…

“I constantly strive to outlive my dog”

gains some unearned points due to my attachment to another migraine prone transmasc.

this has little to do with the content but I'm listening to the audiobook and while i get the artistic vision of putting music/noises in the background of some of the poems... oof it's simply too loud and i do find it hard to concentrate on the ones where this is done. It's a short book so it'll be fine but if it were longer I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to finish it :/
