Status Updates From Love, Lists, and Fancy Ship...

The best word I can think of to describe this book so far is mellow. It's not a bad thing, but it is quite chill, and the romance doesn't make you feel much.

I made it to page 48 and switched to the audiobook. It’s not holding my attention well, for a couple reasons: it’s somewhat sad/tragic background, nothing really happens at the start, and I am not endeared to the characters in the least. I’ll continue listening for a bit, but if it doesn’t get lighter and more amusing, I’m not going to finish it.
