Currently re-reading as this book is incredibly informative

I think this book is incredibly informative and in depth about the different attachment styles and I love how it starts off with explaining what’s “secure” and the skills that you can practice or need in order to have better connections. I also love the fact that it has practice exercises! I’ll be honest, it can be very intense at times but pushing through I think is part of the work. Go at your own pace.
