Finally finished Vol 1! I've hit a slump with binging so many books.
But regardless, this.... THIS IS FRKN ADDICTING!!! ugh! I love the two characters so much already!
Jing Qi is cunning. He may seem lazy & I was honestly becoming annoyed by how aloof he was about everything, but you find out his sad past... No wonder. He suffered so by his previous and first love.
Wu Xi is a cutie, but fierce! Just like the sable!

I love that apparently Beiyuan has the looks of someone who'd die of pneumonia after getting caught in the rain

Taking a mental health break from reading to numbly stare at the wall for an hour or two

Taking a break from reading this book to read 14 stories about a dragon, written by the most unimaginative 10 year olds you can imagine with sentences like:

The dragon asked: "why aren't you scared of me?", asked the dragon.

and

And then the: "girl climbed"on the back of the dragon. (kid: "i thought we were supposed to use quotation marks" yes, but only for quotations)

This is giving me whiplash
