Fascinating content. It’s a shame that it appeared to be a promotion for a podcast rather than a credible, competent, science backed piece of work. A little less podcast promotion would’ve made this book five stars for me. I god bored with continually being directed to podcast episodes. The same outcome could’ve been achieved in a less promotional way which would’ve given the concepts in the book more space.
