I DNFd another book by this author due to FMC. she gets kidnapped marrying a guy she wanted to marry, is in the car w/MMC and think he's hot but won't show weaknesses cause dad raised her that way .. She gives in, has worst case of body betrayal syndrome. This FMC slightly better, but ex: "wave of anxiety and arousal finds a way in". It gets better? LoveMMCs
