Really liking the different elements here, and how they are taking what are quite standard elements but making it feel like something new. Sensing a few influences here - it’s a bit Kingsman-like, with that sense of not taking itself too seriously.

Talk about action-packed! Boyd is clearly caught up in something pretty big. Think we’ve been shown our key players and now it’s a case of working out how they fit together.

Page details are out…on the copy I’ve been sent there are 543. I’m only a few chapters in, so updates might be a little odd.

I’m taken aback by Boyd’s audacious plan, but also kind of pleased that things don’t go wholly as he’d have liked.
