Just INCREDIBLE. Wow wow wow. Keneally's writing was absolutely perfect for telling the story of Oskar Schindler. He is truly such an interesting person and it was the incredible the things he managed to pull off. He was charming but also a little eccentric, I'd say? I think that bit of eccentricity was exactly what he needed to do all that he did. One of the best books I've read.

this book was incredible. i dont even know what to say. keneally's writing is just so perfect for telling oskar schindler's story and im honestly thinking about reading his other works. schindler is such an interesting guy, i'd say he's almost eccentric considering that in the 'brinnlitz arc' he made no money and just didn't seem to care. the safety and welfare of the jewish people under his care was everything. wow.
