It's good to see Jacob doing better. The forms of binding that she's presented are pretty interesting. Seeing as I have done all of them to help cope with different things in my life, maybe, moving forward, I will be more intentional with how I bind; not just because I want to stop doing something but because I want to start doing other things from which my current habits hinder me.
