I love all the practical applications! I’ve seen some people call this book the “how-to” of JMC’s “Practicing the way & Ruthless Elimination.” There are definitely common themes and I can see where the comparison comes from.

Great book to start the year off with! Reorienting my habits from the get go and am excited to adopt some of these “common rules.”

Great so far. Sort of feels like a Christian atomic habits. I would suggest reading the first few chapters of atomic habits first, specifically on how our identity shapes our habits and vice versa, and then read this.
