Status Updates From Uncomfortable Conversations...

I’m not far in but it’s revitalized my desire to read to learn by challenging what I thought I knew about being an ally for black and brown people. So many things I thought I understood have been dissected and put into broader contexts that participating in social media and praising black culture alone can’t do for a white person. I’m on the edge of my seat wondering what else will be decolonized for me.
