Thoughts after reading issue #2:
- Dr Kurt Conners! A character I know! I feel like it’s very nice of them to keep picking characters I know, especially considering there aren’t a ton of them.
- It’s so weird to see Charles as Scott’s wingman. Like he just got rid of Bobby so Scott can get it off with Jean and that is hella weird.
- Another one and done. Are we going to get 6 more fillers? I hope not!

- So this is my first ever X-Men comic. I don’t know anything about these characters outside of what I’ve seen in the X-Men movies.
- Hank is not blue? I thought the Beast was always blue.
- Jean’s superhero name is Marvel Girl? Bobby calls that fitting but it’s just weird.
- I think the artist suffers from same face syndrome.
- This felt like a filler issue. Where’s the story arc?
