I hate the "I can't ask for help. I need to do things on my own" crap. It's obnoxious.

Her dad is pissing me off! Idea that he would correlate her endangering herself for the sake of saving children with a douche bag endangering her to save some debt children makes me furious! And I hate that she believes that she's the same. The only person she endangered was herself! Endangering yourself is not the same thing as endangering others.

I hate how we don't get much time with Lucas in this book.

This is already so much better than the last book. I'm not holding my breath, that the characters won't revert, but I'm hopeful this progression will hold.

I'm going to have to take a break here. Neely helps herself be put in a position to allow herself to be used. Arg. She should be looking at the bigger picture. I'm so frustrated with her that I can't read on at this point.
