Status Updates From Dark Horse (Orphan X, #7)

I’m struggling with this one! I’ve loved all of the Orphan X books but not enjoying this so much. I get that it’s set in a Spanish speaking country but the amount of Spanish words is annoying to say the least. I’m wasting time and losing the flow of the story by having to translate so that I understand the context!! Anyone know what “sicario” means if you’re not Spanish speaking? Not sure I’ll finish!
