Nope

And now the “good” girl just laughed at someone for being a FFP, former fat person. Really thinking this isn’t going to be a book for me.

Ok, now that she knows, her reaction helps me get into the story more.

Not sure I’m going to like this. I knew about the dealing drugs for his parents, it’s in the blurb, but I didn’t know almost everyone, including him, would be doing drums constantly, and not just pot, but cocaine too.

First chapter so so.

The romance between these two is not actually that credible. Neither seems really believable…and I don’t believe that two such opposite characters would maintain any type of relationship.

Starting to feel the story needs to move on a bit. Just a bit much showing Kendra and Blake hanging out. Also, the drug portrayal here is sending weird messages.

The dialogue between the characters is grating on me a little. Seemingly honest but neither of the has shared their biggest secret.

Very different worlds, and given what happened to her brother I don’t think she’ll be tempted.

Setting up the character. Perhaps not your typical sixteen year old, but we’ll see.
