Status Updates From Winter in Sokcho

"The story was fading. Fading, slipping through my fingers, adrift beneath my gaze."

This reads like French cinema- very atmospheric; sentences are very short and abrupt feeling paired with the reader jumping from scene to scene; not much going on plot-wise. I'm really liking it so far.
