Hmm, not sure I like this one. Can't say I enjoy paranormal heroines with little to no agency. She's consistently a victim of her circumstance. The book also drops so many characters from the very beginning of the book and they're all two dimensional. I've no idea why any of these characters do what they do beyond the good VS evil trope.
