Status Updates From Hogfather (Modern Plays)

I don't remember ever having stumbled upon SO many unknown English words in a book. I'm shocked and excited at the same time 😲😍 This guy's writing style has me hooked but I need all my focus to finish a phrase & understand it. 🥰

Not much time to read these days, so progress is a bit slow, but I absolutely love this story. Should have read it at Christmas 🎄 but I'll just assume it's a well deserved extension of holiday magic 🥰

Already loving this book:

The previous governess had taught them a prayer which included the hope that some god or other would take their soul if they died while they were asleep and, if Susan was any judge, had the underlying message that this would be a good thing.
