I'd have liked if Oliver Sacks had been my neurologist. My dialogue with a neurologist 15 years ago was fleeting and meaningless. I had severe headaches up till losing consciousness during the first pregnancy. I went to a doctor after it. MRI scan revealed no abnormalities, and I had 1-2 severe episodes per month. The neurologist just scribbled migraine on a slip of paper and asked me to google it. No talking!
