So far this has been a surprisingly fast and easy read. Many of the observations in this book will be of use for anyone who engages in development or design work.

This is so repetitive. The lack of concrete examples (so far) makes it feel like it’s something a manager would read upon learning that they’re going to manage a software team, and they don’t know what a computer is. There’s a couple helpful tidbits hidden in there. Continuing the slog because I’m reading it for work. Hopefully things get better as it goes on.
