Been reading all day, really feel like I need to do stuff but I’d rather be reading this book so

I know this is how series work… but it’s also so beautiful to watch Stevie learn about her possible future profession. She solved her last case where no one was alive to be impacted. And now she’s in a small town with people who still feel the effects of a murder that happened when they were children. Stevie is learning to deal with people and be careful about asking questions that are still raw to people.

Completely forgot about this part… also love that her friends communicate and things get solved easily. And David immediately helped her instead of just calming her down. Helped her take action rather than just keep her stagnant and wondering. So awesome. Not the death part but the people caring part.

I’ve been reading so much I love this book and this series like I said before… I remember vaguely about some things and I’m pretty sure it’s connected to the dad that was high up in the government but I can’t remember how… and as always I love Nate oh my god he’s the best

If this happened to me I’d simply just not keep trying to solve the murder… 😊
