This was action packed! I liked the new nous stuff. And how everyone had a part to play. Chakuro is in danger trying another rescue. I’m excited to see if he succeeds but also sad at all the people the mud whale lost to the odd vine wood soldiers.

Orca detours and attacks the new ship following him. He’s taken out by the emperor’s plan. Using priests and a new evolved nous. It consumes everything and makes it part of the ship. It’s a pretty neat idea, actually somewhat close to Orca’s own plan it could consume and remake the world.

Chakuro proposes a plan to Orca, all his loved ones urge him to take it. He acts defeated which convince them he agreed when he didn’t. He heads to the whale while they free Ouni.
