I’m actually surprised to how much I REALLY like this book compared to the 1st one

ngl I like this WAY better than the first book in terms of plot & chemistry

ngl this book is off to a better start than the 1st, hope I don’t jinx it

book one was better

this was so boring, tedious, and forgettable
that it’s not even worth a spot on my utter shit shelf

i’m just rating it one star

the few blurbs i read from other books by this author seem even lamer
i likely won’t check them out

but whatever

the blurb was initially intriguing

but rn i kind of find it boring af

and unfortunately
this author seems to suck at book starts

like book one
book two is starting off poorly

it’s a drag to even skim read
