The chapter 4 was very clear about how to edit documentation, explaining each step — where to start and how to complete this part of the technical writing process. One phrase that really stood out to me, and that I already try to apply in my day-to-day work, was: You may only criticize an idea if you also add a constructive suggestion” from the Pixar plussing methodology. It truly makes a difference.

The first chapter starts talking about Understanding your audience: understanding who your users are. For me, it’s so important to know because from there we can understand how to write the manuals, texts, etc.
