Status Updates From Aggie the Horrible vs. Max ...

I can’t even express how disappointed I am. Even though it was mostly because I was convinced this was going to be the best thing ever, but still. 3.5 stars.

What the hell is going on?!? This is going on the OOC shelf right now.

Max’s father’s character makes no sense. He’d done at least three 360s in the last two pages, and I am so confused as to what he even wants.

This making up makes no sense. We were finally making progress with having healthy conversations.

To be completely honest, I personally find Aggie’s outlook on quitting jobs because they don’t fulfill her very blasé. This is coming from someone living in a third world country. Like, Aggie is pretty lucky to have enough security in her life to be able to keep doing this in the first place, so I think Meemaw is entitled to her anger with Aggie right now.

Right now I completely agree with Max’s decision. This just went too far.

This progression of feelings makes no sense to me, but hey, at least he’s not being an asshole by giving her space.

How to make bad situations worse by even more misunderstandings 101: A Class by Aggie and Max

Out of all the possible conclusions you could have come to, you just had to take the one that would make things even worse. How these two manage to misunderstand each other to these levels is well beyond me.

I do love this bonding, the whole ashes to riches kind of arc really appeals to me.

Max was enjoying his and Aggie’s morning talk. It was like they’d finally settled in with each other and could let their walls partially down.

I guarantee you they’ll be killing each other within minutes.

See, this kind of progression is something I love, but I just know these two are going to be back to enemies hating each other for some or the other misunderstanding, and I think I’m just not in the mood for that right now.

I really don’t completely get what’s going on here. The enemies to lovers doesn’t really feel like enemies to lovers, and I’ve got to say, I’m disappointed. I wasn’t expecting this kind of back and forth.

Okay, that was a bit creepy. But Aggie shouldn’t have done it in the first place. Also, I really feel like lust is going to be substituting love here, and I really don’t want that.

Wow, this is dialling up on the angst pretty fast.

I'm really enjoying this, but I hope that we get to see more of the enmity before these two start gravitating seriously towards lovers.
