How is keeping a cheating man to one-up the woman he got pregnant under the “best advice received” section 😩? Some of these “old school”, “back-in-the-day” women don’t make sense to me.

I love seeing things about Louisiana in books I read, especially Baton Rouge! ❤️

Some women confuse me.

They have a bad experience with a close girlfriend and it taints their image of all women, sisterhood and decide not to befriend women anymore.

But when they have bad experiences with men, they continue to befriend or date men and prefer to have them as friends over women.

“You have to give your children expectations when they’re very young if you want them to have them when they’re [older].”

“I tell people in bad marriages that you aren’t really helping your kids when you stay. How can they know what a loving relationship is if they grew up in a house where love never existed?”

Lmfaoooo she kind of has a point.

There shouldn’t be a “giver” and a “taker” in a relationship. Both should be givers.

😕 Why is the wife expected to “think about what’s best” when the husband cheated? He didn’t think about “what’s best”.

It’s hard for me to take Sadie seriously. She seems to be a great business woman but gives terrible relationship advice. She continues to contradict herself. I want to read what she has to say, but I might skip her stories after this chapter.
