i cant even now

might have to take another star off

why is the bitch wearing full face makeup???

at no point was makeup mentioned in the entire series

welp

fuck this and fuck this author

ill be rating this a flat two stars

unremarkable and unmemorable

also the book covers for all three books are atrocious and … actually

fucking bullshit

not only are they all basically the same shit

its not even the fmc

the bitch was written to be dressed very specifically in stupid leather pants with learher wristguards

not that stupid red dress

smh 🤦🏻‍♀️

the more i think about the writing and direction this took
the madder i am

😒

now it just feels like a waste of time

this had potential at times

but the execution was mediocre and just shitty mainly

the lack of editing is STILL apparent throughout this book
matter of fact
it seems like i was highlighting at least twice as many errors in this book than i did the previous two books combined

the end of this book
the author harped on about more series or something with characters mentioned in this series
i just skimmed their list of books here and i see only one book that could be

the far fmc raised/experimented on by lycans and her lycan mmcs

✋🏻 pass. sounds boring af
especially after the shitshow of lycans from this series

it was also published four years ago as book one and no sequels

im rating this two stars
i dont care at this point

ironically
i need to shit rn
and thats about how this books conclusion feels to me

like needing to take a shit

welp
that was a letdown

it def peaked the last time i made the note

not even the scene where she finally “mastered” her powers was as climactic and riveting as the other scene

a piss poor hea ending

the fmc could be adorably blunt at times
but mostly if i think on it too hard and she’s on screen too long-its clear she’s an annoying fucking idiot

and i dont understand the mmcs attraction to her

had to pause bc i felt like i was speed reading
in a good way
surprisingly

its rare

so at this point this book has three stars for me
idk if itll stay that way by the end

im stressed and relieved

mvp javion
and mvp fmc ig

javion bc even injured and disoriented
he managed to be clever enough to think of the future
having her tell him as much future info as she could

shes still infuriating at times

currently in the mood for some time traveling regency romance
suddenly

maybe its hunger

im eager to finish this story but forcing myself to pause and take a breather
eat and relax

maybe start this when im clean and ready for bed
