I am enjoying Rand Newman's book on evangelism. I've just read (p.69) with horror that someone at a training seminar said they would use the words, "Turn or burn!" when counselling a dying man on the street.
Maybe American readers might be able to tell me if it's a cultural thing. In the UK the dying man wouldn't have a clue what I was talking about unless he'd heard the gospel before. How would that work in the USA?
