K so I lied when I said I was gonna put this on pause lol. Lord Emsworth was fairly likable in the first two full length stories, a bumbling old space case, but in the shorter ones that have come after, he's.. just a bit of an ass ngl. And a crap father. I don't particularly like him anymore. And where'd Galahad go! He was the best character!!

Might put this on hold. After the first volume, it really shows that Wodehouse has one story that is just told over and over with the odd name change... a good, entertaining story, but it becomes a bit tiresome if you try to listen to all of it in one go.

1200 page book takes a long time. Woman is surprised.
