Well, this one is fun as hell. Great story and it opened up with a knock-down, drag-out melee that was so skillfully written, I could see it go down in my mind's eye as if on a screen. I'm super impressed.

No, not a cliffhanger ending! Well, not really--the first story arc completed, but only barely started the next story arc.

That was one of the most tension-filled lead-ups to a terrible discovery that I’ve ever read!

On the bus ride home this evening, I missed my stop. The scene where the two vampire bouncers came onto Izzy at the club was completely engrossing! I was stressed--how was she going to get out of it?

Very cute scene.
