While I overall agree with his thesis that mental health issues can originate from trauma or “wounds” from a person’s early years, some of the claims around ADHD felt like a stretch.

i knew western medicine didn’t really understand mental illness, but i didn’t realize that we don’t understand it at all and we are just guessing and hoping for the best. it makes sense now why you can get a different diagnosis by just going to a different doctor.
