I really enjoyed the first two books, but by this one I don’t feel that there is much character growth. Kait can do lots of things and care for more people, but we don’t see her learning what her skills are. We do see that she is herself an alpha and doesn’t want to submit (yay!) but there is no work by Jared or others to modify their behavior or outlook for her. Also lots of plot jumps.
