Brilliantly written. However, sometimes the wrong word is used. Twice "it cannot be understated" when "overstated" was clearly intended.

I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to get back to this (I mean I do, I put another book down on top of it and promptly forgot about it, attention span of a squirrel) but I love the way this is written. It’s like a fun podcast about the law!! (But in written form).

Book 6/10 that’s been sitting on my shelf… made a deal with myself that I can’t read the new PJO book until I’ve knocked these out lol

This book is great! I will say that I am personally interested in the law but anyone and everyone should genuinely read this. This is stuff that everyone should really know because all of it is pretty important. This book doesn’t get boring at all, which I’m sure is hard to believe for a book about the law. Stanley adds his own comedy here and there and includes captivating and crazy court cases to show his point
