Yass Bad Blood was so good! Short, but just enough that I want more from the Chad & Bille!

That last book was kind of intense, and I had to take a break from it! Still thoroughly enjoyed it! Now let’s go onto the next book!

Usually this type of dark romance is right up my alley, and is still is! The thing is about the story he’s obsession is making me feel very uncomfortable

I can’t help but really route for him to make her understand that he loves her and to give him a try! What do you do things he dies because of his obsession, slightly uncomfortable!

Oh wow, Sebastian just went higher than Dare and Carter on the possessive crazy scale!

Like what he’s doing is mind blowing and I’m just trying to figure out how she escaped for two years because this beginning is so unbelievable, but I’m loving every bit of it!

Blacklisted by Angel was great! Some of the stories are just wanting me to have a series, and this is one of the stories. Especially since we didn’t get to see any intimate time between her and Grayson.

Then there are the actions that made me question if this was going to be a RH, but I’m glad everything worked out in the end! I definitely wouldn’t mind a sequel!

Okay toxic hearts was really good! But there’s next book, blacklisted, A girl posing as a boy l, to get revenge on her boyfriend, at his fraternity! That might have a reverse harem! Sign me up!!

This type of bullying I actually don’t understand. Why are you mad at me person in the same boat as you for the sins of their parent. Like she was the person that made your father cheat on your mother, with her mother!

That was a 🌶 story, not much cup of tea, but still enjoyable! Now on the the next story, Toxic hearts, never heard of it!

Definitely choose Viks! 😂

The writing wasn’t my favorite, but I wondered if it was because this was a post-series novel. Adrian (MMC) was part of the event of her Secret Societies trilogy, and this story takes place immediately after those events. Honestly, my favorite part of this book was actually Riley and Xander, so I hope they get a series.

Bad Blood by Faith Summers

Thoughts while reading:
-The set-up/premise for this is just odd, and her whole “I need to be there for me dad” thing makes no sense.
-Now we’re just throwing everything in the bowl
-So many cliches

Toxic Hearts by May Sage as Emm Darcy

For as many of the bully romances that have a similar set-up, I was a bit surprised by the twist that cleared the path for them to move forward. It was a little cliche in places but served as an excellent intro to the world, so I’ll definitely grab Camden’s book.

Obsession by Gemma Weir
⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have previously read and loved Gemma’s Mountain Men books. And while those brothers are possessive and all-in, they are all kind of cinnamon rolls. It was fun to see Gemma go in the opposite direction with a hero who was dark and toxic.

Broken Brutal Heart by Eva Chance

A fun RH mafia romance. I liked Athena was strong and capable, though she was a bit too like a CSI character with her ability to walk in a read a scene in less than 30 seconds. I’m definitely curious to pick up the series.

Even if it Hurts by Sam Marino

You have to love it when the warning is “if you meet a Dare [hero], in the real world, you should run like the wind.” All the trigger warnings for this one, but it was also everything we love about dark, bully romance.

All the dark, dirty things you love about an Angel Lawson novel. My only complaint is that I wanted more!

Forbidden Deviant Games by Lucy Smoke

Every time I read something from Lucy Smoke in an anthology, I wonder, why don’t I read more of her books? This was a perfect little short story; the characters' attraction was stated from the beginning, and then there was a conflict that brought them together. Plus Viks was hot AF.

Falling for Catastrophe by Michelle Hercules

This just reads like a generic teen drama, complete with mean girls, scholarship kids, and “intrigue.” Everything feels a bit rushed, which is part of why it just feels so flat and repetitive, which is a bummer because so many folks I follow have given this series high ratings.
