not many pages left, yet there is a lot of plot left so i’m worried

the return of some familiar faces is a very welcome addition! this book is mostly travelling as they repeat the same five pieces of information to make sure we really get it lol

i forget how quickly i devour seanan mcguire’s books! very readable, i’m more interested by the plot and world than the characters (they’re just not that interesting compared to middlegame) but i’m having a good time

all i know is that i loved middlegame and that i remember almost nothing of the plot, so we’ll see how this goes🤞

FINALLY reading this sequel after so many years of putting it off. I'm not as interested in the seasonal concept, but I'm curious to see how this goes!
