So something is obviously going on with the mom and the kids. Are they real? If so, it's poorly written bc they keep just disappearing.

Also, a psychiatrist nosing around to see if he is her first? Weird and unbelievable. Also, other psychiatrist just giving out her medical file without a form or release? Illegal.

Also, the constant blacking out. Overused trope.

The first part of this book is just major trauma and grief dumping. But not it is starting to get interesting…
