Status Updates From The Poetic Edda

‘Your drunk go control yourself’

—Shut up frigg
If my son was here you would be dead
—what the one I killed

“You spent eight years as a woman and a cow, gave birth to children you freak” -Head of the gods btw

“You’re literally a witch bro, you’re the freak”

“Yeah you two should never tell anyone of your fates” -my queen

‘Must you two argue inside here with wounding words’
‘Silence fool let’s discuss your sexual history now’

I LOVE THIS GUY

Oop he’s just called her a slut

he’s just said in more formal terms - you talk a lot of shit for something sitting down— get up and fight me you coward

This is insanity

Right I’m sorry this is one of the only surviving works of Norse mythology and it’s just a dinner party of Loki getting pissed and berating all the gods

I love 🛐🛐🛐

“You talk too much”
“Hail all the gods except that one ass in the corner”
I’m cackling what is this

Lmao I forgot to ever put this here because I am literally always re-re-re-[...]-reading it; I just finished reading all the mythological poems with essay-length commentary tho
