Status Updates From I Kissed Shara Wheeler

I am SO confused at where this book is going and this what is making it SO GOOD

I am so close to the end and I am still not enjoying this book. :( I am struggling to understand the chemistry between Chloe and Shara and the queerness in the book feels shallow. I thought I would relate a bit more as a lesbian who grew up in the bible belt, but, again, the queerness is just not hitting for me, unfortunately.
