DNF this has done nothing but stress me out with how unlike the characters they are

He’s not going to let her write to his sister whose going to become her sister in law which doesn’t make any sense mr darcy is not even acting like the mr darcy from the beginning of the book in the beginning of the book he’s very shy and in this he’s an asshole even if the author has only watched the movie mr each is more polite than this

None of these characters are even remotely close to the original characters from Jane Austen personality

This mr darcy seems to be somehow worse with women than the original and this one isn’t given mr darcy vibes he doesn’t feel the same

We start of with miss bingley being very desperate and doing something that no woman with self respect would do in any century which is sneaky into darcy’s room and try to ruin herself into marrying him
