Status Updates From Drawing Dead (A Good Run of...

Ok, this is one of the oddest reading experiences I’ve had in all my reading days. First off, it’s not really technically a story, just s series of events. Antonio and Ciara from the book I just finished make a brief appearance. But most of the multiple people are characters from previous books written by Giulia Lagoramsino are from previous books she’s written that I haven’t read and I’m loving the book.

After reading and loving the first book in this series, I knew I needed more by this author.

“Hey, I fat shamed a person in your bakery…Or, fat admired?” he added, unsure of which was it was supposed to be.

“Well…maybe it’s the baby of the one that tried to attack me.”
“Or,” I said slowly, “it’s just a small spider that you freaked out over.”
She winced slightly. “Well, it was hanging from the mirror…”
“And?”
“Objects in mirror may appear larger than normal?”

“The point is, we’re going to have to watch her discreetly, which is something you guys aren’t too good at,” Jack interjected.

“And Joe has to update the town page before there’s a riot on our hands,” Robert said, slapping Joe on the back.
“Hey, I update the town when it’s important.”
“Right, because telling everyone I was gay was super important,” Will snorted.
