I wish I had the prequel. This feels like being thrown into the deep end and hoping you can swim.

Ask and you shall receive! Spent time asking for a less predictable plot than what I've been reading lately, and here we are. Im sucked in... I stayed up reading till the wee hours this morning,which I haven't done in years.

So far, the characters compliment each other so well, which adds to the emotional depth and worl building so far. I'd love to know more about the magic system... but time will tell 🤞
